and translation process. Your ideas, suggestions, complaints and complements
are highly valued and given our utmost attention.
To ensure that all who wish to provide any such information are given the
opportunity to do so, we have designed several ways of providing us with
your feedback:

N.B. Please indicate 'CONFIDENTIAL' on the envelope
c)If you are a professional user, you can use our Monitoring
Form for Professional Users (please right click and select 'save target
as..') to provide us with feedback. The form can and occasionally will
be sent to you by the Service to request your feedback for the purpose
of regular monitoring process. The form can be either e-mailed or sent
to us by post.
d) If you are a translator or an interpreter, please use our Monitoring
Form for Interpreters (please right click and select 'save target
as..'). The same can be e-mailed or sent to us by post.
All information provided to us will be treated in confidence and in accordance
with the standing procedures.
You may wish to remain anonymous when contacting us with your feedback.
However, in the case of complaint, it might prove difficult to follow our
Complaints Procedure fully in certain cases, unless the identity of the
complainant is known to Northern Revive.
