NERS strongly opposes any press stories which are either factually incorrect or we believe do not portray fairly the situation of refugees and asylum seekers in this country, or do not serve to enhance community safety or community relations.

Here you will find all current NERS press releases and also an archive of all our old releases.

There is also a asylum myths section, also with an archive feature.

This section allows you to read such stories and read our responses.
